I took my Toyota pickup to Hampton Roads Car Care for a front-end alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and they got the job done right the first time. My truck drives straight and smooth now, and you can really feel the difference. What stood out the most was the people. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and truly cared about helping me out. They treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll be going back for future work without a doubt.

I came in and talked to the young lady at the front desk. She is super knowledgeable. I sat down and she asked me questions about why I wanted a certain service when I didn't really need it. Some shops would have just done it, but I appreciate her honesty. I had to get a couple of things done. I thought it was going to take a while, but they got me in and out in no time.

I can’t comment on this shops repair work but I was trying to get to Richmond and found myself with a flat tire. I pulled in because they were close and asked if they could put my spare on for me. Despite being busy they did it right away and charged a very reasonable price. The young lady at the front and the young man who changed it for me were very nice. Thank you for helping me so quickly!

I was able to get an honest assessment of the issues for my son’s late model BMW and a quick turnaround on repair. I got the car towed in late on Monday and Tuesday AM got a call with preliminary assessment. I authorized them to move fwd and after they did a thorough inspection and pressure tested for any leaks based on their visual inspection, there was an additional repair “suggested”. I appreciate no pressure to get the additional work done, but an honest opinion on what should be done. They had the part quickly and both repairs were done by noon. I got to drive the car for the next 5 hrs and got it back to my college student that day. He drove the car the very next day for 7hrs round trip and no issues at all. I am happy I have a place to send my son if he needs anything else done and trust he won’t be taken advantage of. I will recommend Hampton Roads Care Care to anyone and everyone I come in contact with.
